		<description>Hmm, I know that taking meds like Tylenol pm or benadryl can cause this but I am not sure about tums. I wouldn&#39;t think so but anything is possible. I am a sufferer of a Neurological condition that causes me to have painful RLS from my chin to my toes and in my arms 24/7. I take medication now to keep it under control but when it was at it&#39;s worse, hot baths really helped me. Some nights it still happens even with the medicine so I just hop in the tub and it still works for me. I will get the water as hot as I can stand it and sit with my feet flat against the front of the tub. Then I push with my feet and do toe touches to help stretch and wear out the muscles. If you are having this right now, go try the bath. If this continues or gets worse, you should see your doctor as there are some great medicines to help relieve this problem.Hope you are feeling better soon :)&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
