thanks for this vid! sleep patterns (or lack thereof) are definitely an issue of mine. i’ll try not to drink coffee in the afternoon, i always thought it wouldn’t effect my sleep if i drank it at about 4pm, and i wasn’t aware of the 6 hr half life. and the flickering lights/cortisol connection…..i never heard of that either.

Hey JudasEffect, this is the Paulcheklive site administrator here. I cant get to paul directly to ask this but i can tell you that the books “lights out” and “The Circadian Prescription” contain many references to the effect of light, different types of light and the timing of these lights relative to the sun and hormone production.
