		<description>&lt;b&gt;thanks for this vid ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; thanks for this vid!  sleep patterns (or lack thereof) are definitely an issue of mine.  i'll try not to drink coffee in the afternoon, i always thought it wouldn't effect my sleep if i drank it at about 4pm, and i wasn't aware of the 6 hr half life.  and the flickering lights/cortisol connection.....i never heard of that either.
