Does anybody suffer from RLS? (restless leg syndrome) and if you do, do you have any solutions to this problem

THe worst time is in the evenings when I'm resting, its so frustrating. Does anybody know of anything that can cure this?

My mom has RLS.

There is a new medicine out called Requip. She takes it but she doesn't like the side effect of being tired. I don't think it matters too much if you're tired because it mostly affects you when you're trying to sleep, right?

Talk to your doctor about the medicine and your options.

Good luck!

Believe it or not, when this happens to me, it is due to lack of fluids. If I keep myself hydrated then it doesn't happen. You can try drinking more water, take vitamin E and Potassium
