Cure Snoring?
How to cure snoring? My mo snores too loud that i can hear her from my current location about three feet from her room.
She is kinda fat any suggestions to cure her?
The first thing that needs to be done is to get this checked out by the doctor as many times snoring is caused by a medical problem. Some can be quite serious so have her see the doc and get this checked out. If there is no medical cause for the snoring the doc will be able to recommend treatment for it.

help her to go on diet..
there are special nose stickers to apply that will help nostrills to be wide open and let her breathe better ..
also the position while sleeping is important try to make her change position

Your sleeping position should be face down. i mean u belly in on the bed.

People who are overweight do tend to snore. There are products on the market such as nose strips and special pillows that help to stop snoring. Ask her to try sleeping on her side, sometimes that helps. Good Luck!
