Does anyone really have a cure for snoring? I've tried EVERYTHING from over the counter drugs to nasal strips.
I've tried EVERYTHING from over the counter drugs to nasal strips. I've tried inhalers, pills, sprays - nothing works! My wife is now sleeping on the couch - I even got her earplugs but she said I'm way too loud and it gets right through the earplugs. Please help me!!!

If your snoring is that severe, you may have a condition known as sleep apnea. The snoring sound could actually be you "choking" on your tongue and/or gasping for breath. This is something that only a doctor can determine and that only a doctor can halp you with.

A kick in the rear usually works for me.
Seriously though the Breathe Right nasal strips help.

Try getting the person to roll over on their side. Oh and those breath right strips work good too, if you can get them to stay on.
