How do you cure snoring?
My husband snores a lot and have to kick him out of the bedroom. What can I do?
A combination of Snore Stop extinguisher and Breathe Right nasal strips!

Tape a tennis ball to back of snorer, when they go to lay on their back it is uncomfortable so they go back on their side.

Get a divorce, hee hee just kidding. Is he overweight? Sometimes a if a person is overweight it can make them snore. I snored everynight when I was pregnant and now I don't. Or it could be a problem with his (not sure if the spelling is correct) adnoids. Maybe he could talk with his Dr.

Take him to the doctor. This article says that snoring hasn't been linked to heart disease, but that it under further investigation. My physician told me that snoring can be a sign of heart problems, or just apnea. Ask for a sleep study.

There is a little over the counter nose device which the snorer can use. It holds the nostrils open and in many cases stops the snoring. Talk to a druggist.

You could start by putting him on a diet if he is overweight. You could also get those breatherite strips, though I doubt they work all that well. After that, find out if he has allergies, and talk to the doctor about it, with hubby there so hecan be examined. But, sometimes, people snore because they snore. its hereditary sometimes.

Snoring is often a symptom of sleep apnea. I didn't snore. But I did wake every 20 minutes or so for years. Almost never got into REM sleep, until I started using oxygen for sleep apnea. (Many use a C PAP but I'm claustrophobic and the oxygen helps just fine.) I couldn't afford to go to the sleep disorders clinic so my doctor sent me home with an oxygen monitor I wore on my finger all night.
It can also be linked with other health issues so I'd get it checked out.
