But there is no pill, shot or long term topical treatment for snoring.
Loosing weight (if overweight), slightly proping a pillow, reducing caffeine intake and controlling low humidity are all things to help reduce snoring problems.

No, the only thing my uncle found to cure his snoring was a surgery that involves splitting the uvula, which is the little flap of skin that hangs down in the back of your throat.
