whats the best cure for a snoring boyfriend nasal strips and sprays etc dont work?

If your boyfriend is overweight this may exacerbate the problem, encourage him to lose weight, drinking alcohol relaxes the muscles in the body which may also cause snoring even if you normally don't snore.. get him to stop or reduce the amount he consumes. Hope this helps xXx

Tape a golf ball to his back - apparently this works as people only snore when they're on their back

I find just elbowing him (my boyfriend, not yours obviously!) and telling him to shut up also works, if only for a few minutes

Enough nights on the couch will soon tell him you don't like him disturbing your sleep. Alternatively, pinch his nose - LIGHTLY!!!

tell him to go to the doctors and ask them about taking his anerniods taking out both of my daughters (12 & 5 yrs old) both before they had it done and now they dont i admit thou there was other things wrong with them at the time all to do with ent problems (ent-ears nose and throat)
but it was differently having there anerniods taken out that stopped the snoring hope this helps

Just prod him in the side or jab him with your foot each time he wakes you. You can also elbow him.
Works …but you have to develop a way of doing it without fully waking your self up.

Punch him, then he'll probably roll over and you'll here it again in 5 minutes. there really isn't a cure. some have it bad others don't. but eating healthier seriously helps it! try that.
