Developed started snoring after he gained weight. Had sinus surgery. Didn't help (but did help his sinus problems). Had surgery to remove the little gaggling thing from the roof of his mouth. Tonsil removal, septoplasty, and UP3 (uvula-palato-pharyngoplasty) are among the more common procedures. They are all acceptable and reasonable - but keep in mind, they are not a guarantee.
