Sometimes people take them and don’t have the full 8 hours to dedicate to sleep, so they end up being drowsy as they get up and go about their day, which could cause problems. Another thing is that these pills don’t always work the same in all people, so even after 8 hours, some might still be under the effect of the medication, which could cause problems if they need to wake up and do other things.
These are just a some of the reasons that indicate it might be better to find ways of falling asleep naturally instead of leaving your self wide open to the side effects of sleeping pills. Of course, in some cases for a sleeping pill can help you get the sleep you need. It is nice to know that there are many different ways you can try to fall asleep at night without having to risk prescribed drugs from your Doctor.
Also playing soft music before you go to bed is also a great option, as well as things you can do during the day to tire you out, and making it easier to fall asleep at night.
